I am super excited to announce the launch of my public outreach course 'The Benefits of Nature on our Well-Being' offered through Carleton University's Mental Health and Well-Being Research and Training Hub (MeWeRTH) starting Tuesday, May 25th. This 6-week course explores nature-focused research and how connecting with nature may help with both physical and mental well-being. Through the research, the students should gain awareness of their surrounding nature and its importance in our daily lives. For more information or to register click the link below.
